What is art without a message?
As long as I can remember I have been a woman and artist. Enraptured by techniques, I graduated in Product Design in the Netherlands, after Art-Photography in Belgium, in between propaedeutic in Art History, and later in life I took courses in ancient artistry techniques in China and in Portugal, and Comparative Religion and Ethics at Oxford, UK. I raised my family in various countries, and eight years ago I restarted my career in the arts in Saudi Arabia, slowly overcoming a 20+ years professional hiatus … with some trepidation.
Culture is a mirror reflecting the essence of its people who create it. While politics & power has its influence, culture remains a dynamic and living entity that thrives on the ever-evolving contributions of individuals and communities. Drawn into the dynamic and vibrant art world, I divide my time between the active international art scene and a remote quiet village in Crete, Greece.
